Engineering first
AI is a powerful tool inside good software engineering — not a substitute for it. The fundamentals still decide whether a system lives or dies.
About
Eisenbits is an engineering company for organizations that treat software as infrastructure, not decoration. We build systems meant to run for years, and we stay accountable for what happens after launch.
Leadership
Founder and principal engineer
Eisenbits was founded by Stan Findeisen, an engineer with more than 20 years of experience building and operating production systems across distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure and regulated environments. His work at RTB House, IBM, HERE and Roche includes real-time machine-learning platforms serving up to 20 million requests and 500 million model evaluations per second.
He holds degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Warsaw and was the 1999 USA Computing Olympiad Spring Open champion. More on LinkedIn.

How we work
Eisenbits is a small, senior engineering company by design. For larger engagements we extend the core team with carefully selected specialists from a trusted network — data, ML, backend and platform engineers we have worked with over the years and rely on. Eisenbits remains accountable for the engineering outcome and holds every engagement to a single engineering standard. The result is senior delivery at the scale each project needs, without compromising engineering quality.
What we believe
AI is a powerful tool inside good software engineering — not a substitute for it. The fundamentals still decide whether a system lives or dies.
You work directly with engineers who have built and operated real systems.
Success is a system people rely on and actually adopt, measured in reliability and business value — not lines of code or slides produced.
We optimize for the system that still works in three years: maintainable, documented, and owned by your team, not by us.
The discovery workshop is the easiest place to start.
