Discovery workshop
Find out where AI actually pays.
A focused, fixed-price engagement that answers the question most vendors avoid: is AI worth building here, and if so, where? You leave with something useful whether or not we work together afterwards.
Fixed price · typically completed within 1–2 weeks · delivered remotely worldwide
Who it is for
- Teams with a promising proof of concept that needs to become real.
- Leaders weighing an AI investment who want an honest technical read.
- Organizations whose data, security or integration requirements rule out off-the-shelf tools.
What we do
- Understand your objectives, constraints and existing systems.
- Identify and evaluate promising opportunities for AI, considering business value, technical feasibility and implementation risk.
- Sketch an architecture for the most promising path to production.
How it works
Prepare
Before the live session, we review the information you provide and clarify the problem, objectives and constraints.
Discover — live session
We spend between 1 and 3 hours together, depending on the project. We map the current situation, challenge assumptions, identify the highest-value opportunities and explore potential AI and technical approaches.
Analyze
After the live session, Eisenbits works independently on the problem: evaluating the options, refining the most promising approach, identifying technical risks and shaping a realistic path to production.
Recommend
We deliver the findings in writing and walk you through them in a final review session. You leave with clear recommendations, decisions and next steps.
Remote by default
The Discovery Workshop is delivered remotely using video conferencing and collaborative tools. It is available worldwide. On-site workshops can be arranged separately where appropriate.
What you leave with
- A prioritized shortlist of opportunities, with the weak ones named.
- An architecture sketch and a realistic path to a reliable system.
- A written recommendation you own — including “do not build this.”
Why fixed price
Because a discovery workshop should be a real deliverable, not a disguised sales call. The scope is bounded, the price is known in advance, and the output stands on its own — yours to take forward, with us or in-house, or to set aside. If the honest answer is that AI is the wrong tool for your problem, you will hear it — and that answer is worth the fee.
A fixed scope, and a real deliverable.
A defined, fixed-price engagement. You book it and we schedule the live session; Eisenbits then analyzes the problem in depth and delivers a written recommendation, walked through with you in a final review.
